Stratalize started simple. A platform to give AI the full context it needed to be genuinely useful to an organization. Internal data, external market signals, live operational numbers. The kind of complete picture that makes AI answers worth acting on.
That problem led directly to a harder one. Giving AI broad organizational context creates real exposure. The wrong person sees the wrong data, the wrong AI reaches systems it shouldn't touch, and nobody has a clear record of what was synthesized, who authorized it, or what it actually said. We looked for something that solved this properly. Nothing did.
So we built the layer that was missing. Permissioned access for every person in the organization. Every output cryptographically signed and independently verifiable. The full context AI needs to be effective, governed the way enterprises actually require.
Then a third problem arrived. Agents stopped answering questions and started transacting. Calling tools, moving money, acting on behalf of the business. The systems companies already run were never built to be reached by an agent, let alone trusted to act through one. That bridge only works if it carries permissions and produces a receipt for every action. Who was allowed. What was paid. What was returned.
Then we found the industry that had been asking for this long before anyone called it AI. On public construction work the schedule is a contract document. An owner reviews it, accepts it or rejects it, and payment moves or it doesn't. Every change to that schedule is an argument someone may have to defend years later, and the record is usually an email thread and a memory. That is the same problem in an older form. Work was done, decisions were approved, and nothing carries proof.
Stratalize Project Controls is that layer applied where the requirement is already written into the contract.
The layer doesn't change by industry.
What changes is what gets signed.
We work with contractors and regulated organizations. The first deployments are in heavy civil construction.
