ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Effective Date: May 2, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of the Stratalize platform by all Customers and Authorized Users. This AUP is incorporated into the Stratalize Terms of Service.

1. PURPOSE

Stratalize provides AI governance and intelligence infrastructure for regulated industries. This AUP protects the integrity, security, and reliability of the platform for all users.

2. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Stratalize platform to:

2.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities

(a) Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation;

(b) Engage in or facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other financial crimes;

(c) Violate export control or economic sanctions laws;

(d) Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights of any person or entity;

(e) Harass, abuse, defame, or threaten any individual.

2.2 Security and Infrastructure

(a) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or related systems;

(b) Conduct security testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning without Stratalize's prior written consent;

(c) Introduce malware, ransomware, viruses, or other harmful code;

(d) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform;

(e) Use automated means to access the Platform other than through designated APIs with valid credentials;

(f) Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security controls, governance approval workflows, or access controls built into the Platform.

2.3 Data and Privacy

(a) Submit Personal Data of individuals without a lawful basis for processing under applicable law;

(b) Process sensitive data categories (e.g., health data, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, biometric data) without a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards;

(c) Use the Platform to build profiles on individuals for purposes not permitted by applicable law;

(d) Attempt to re-identify anonymized or de-identified data;

(e) Submit data that you do not have the right to process.

2.4 AI Output Misuse

(a) Present AI Synthesis Outputs as verified facts, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or regulatory guidance without appropriate professional review and disclosures;

(b) Use AI Synthesis Outputs to make fully automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human review, unless expressly authorized by applicable law;

(c) Remove, obscure, or misrepresent the cryptographic attestation metadata associated with AI Synthesis Outputs;

(d) Misrepresent the source, authorship, or provenance of AI Synthesis Outputs.

2.5 Platform Integrity

(a) Access the Platform to build a competing product or service;

(b) Benchmark the Platform for publication without Stratalize's consent;

(c) Scrape, systematically download, or extract data from the Platform through unauthorized means;

(d) Resell or sublicense access to the Platform.

3. REGULATED INDUSTRY REQUIREMENTS

Customers in regulated industries have additional obligations:

3.1 Financial Services

Customers subject to SR 11-7, OCC Model Risk Management guidance, or the FS AI Risk Management Framework must ensure that AI Synthesis Outputs are used in accordance with their model risk management programs, including appropriate validation, documentation, and human oversight requirements.

3.2 Healthcare

Customers subject to HIPAA must not submit Protected Health Information (PHI) to the Platform without executing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Stratalize. Contact privacy@stratalize.com to request a BAA.

3.3 EU AI Act

Customers deploying Stratalize in high-risk AI use cases as defined under the EU AI Act must conduct applicable conformity assessments and maintain required documentation.

4. ENFORCEMENT

Stratalize reserves the right to:

(a) Investigate suspected violations of this AUP;

(b) Remove or disable access to content or features that violate this AUP;

(c) Suspend or terminate accounts in violation;

(d) Cooperate with law enforcement authorities regarding conduct that may violate applicable law;

(e) Assess fees for costs incurred in investigating and remediating violations.

5. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

6. CHANGES

Stratalize may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.
